Our facility boasts a state-of-the-art, semi-automatic plant, equipped with modern technologies designed to ensure precision blending and consistent quality. Every drop is blended, tested and packed at our own plant in Rupganj.
Blending Plant
20 MT/day lube oil and 3 MT/day grease production capacity.
Storage Tanks
1,200 MT base-oil tank farm across 8 tanks.
Filling Lines
3 lines for small packs, buckets and drums.
Laboratory Testing
850 sq ft lab with Anton Paar, PerkinElmer, Metrohm and Koehler instruments.
Quality Control
Every batch tested before release, using 100% virgin base oil only.
